Redoute's Choice Heads Australian Bookings
23 Aug 2006 Redoute's Choice, the hottest young sire in Australasia, heads the list of bookings for Pencarrow Stud's Australian-bound broodmares this season.

Pencarrow Stud will send seven mares -- Anatomy (winning daughter of dual Gr I Avondale Cup winner Maurine), dual Gr I winner Lafleur, Jeanetta Cochrane, Grace And Power, Our Echezeaux, Love Connection and Encens -- to Redoute's Choice, while also bound for Arrowfield Stud in NSW will be Felenic and Ornellaia to Danzero and Magical Moment to Starcraft.

Four of the Pencarrow broodmare band will be covered by Encosta De Lago, who stands at Coolmore Stud in NSW.

The Encosta De Lago bookings are Chimeara (sister to Gr I winner Viking Ruler and dam of Gr I Rosehill Guineas winner De Beers), Filante Etoile (stakeswinner and Gr I NZ Oaks runner-up), Devil's Lair (dam of 2002 New Zealand Bloodstock Filly of the Year Vapour Trail) and Darcybee.

Other Coolmore Stud bookings for Pencarrow mares are Sierra Finch to Danehill Dancer and Paint Me A Dream to Johannesburg.

Elvstroem, Snitzel, Fastnet Rock, Choisir, Tiger Hill, Canny Lad and Red Ransom are the other Australian-based sires covering Pencarrow Stud mares.
