The Karaka 2009 Premier Yearling Sale provided a great result for Pencarrow Stud who sold all of the nineteen strong yearling draft at the auction.
The result left Pencarrow Stud as the second leading vendor by average and the second leading vendor by aggregate in the Premier Session.
The Stud's top priced yearling was Lot 98, the bay colt by Redoute's Choice out of Love Connection who sold for $700,000 to the bid of David Ellis of Te Akau Racing.
