Fears Nothing Wins Again

Five-year-old gelding Fears Nothing scored his second victory this preparation when he downed the field in the New Zealand Bloodstock Insurance 1400 at Counties on Saturday by just a short neck.

By Faltaat from Magical Moment, Fears Nothing was bred by Pencarrow Stud and offered for sale at the 2007 Karaka Premier Sale. He was bought by David Haworth for $95,000 who now trains and part-owns the gelding.

With 19 starts Fears Nothing has had six wins, a second and two thirds. He won fresh up this season making Saturday’s win his second in four outings.

An unraced daughter of Sadler’s Wells, Magical Moment foaled a quality bay filly by outstanding prospect Sakhee's Secret - the Group 1 Newmarket July Cup winner by Sakhee - this season. Magical Moment will be represented by an Excellent Art colt in the Pencarrow yearling draft this season.
